These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of norakingston.ca and any purchase from Nora Kingston (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Important consumer notice: These Terms do not exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal, provincial or territorial law.

1. The store and platform

The online store is operated under the name Nora Kingston. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer products and process orders. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Nora Kingston/Ashvale Trading LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, which owns and operates the store. 2. Eligibility and authority

You must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, or use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to violate any law or the rights of another person, submit false or fraudulent information, transmit malware or interfere with the Services, collect other people's personal information without authority, circumvent security or purchase-limit measures, or copy, reproduce or resell the Services or their content without permission. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Products and descriptions

We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colours and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations can affect appearance. Products may be available only online, in limited quantities, or from third-party suppliers, and may be limited or discontinued at any time.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We use third-party payment processors; by placing an order you authorize the applicable charge. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud or pricing errors.

6. Orders and cancellations

Orders enter processing quickly. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order; cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and costs are described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nora Kingston is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your province or territory of residence in Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
