Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Policy explains Nora Kingston's voluntary return program and does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
1. Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. To qualify under our voluntary return program, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition.
- Include all original tags, accessories, components, manuals and packaging supplied with the item.
- Show no damage, odour, alteration or wear caused after delivery.
- Be accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase.
- Meet any hygiene requirements described below.
We may reduce or refuse a voluntary refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions. This does not affect remedies that cannot legally be excluded for defective, unsafe or misrepresented goods.
2. Items that cannot be returned
Unless defective or returnable by law, we do not accept returns of:
- Gift cards, downloadable or digital products.
- Personalized, made-to-order or altered items.
- Perishable goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
- Personal-care products, cosmetics, underwear, earrings, swimwear or other hygiene-sensitive goods once opened, used or the hygiene seal has been removed.
- Items clearly marked "final sale" before purchase.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include the order number, a description and clear photographs where practical. We may ask for additional information or return of the item before providing an appropriate remedy.
Where the issue is confirmed, Nora Kingston will provide the remedy required by applicable law and will cover reasonable return-shipping costs when a return is necessary. A request to contact us promptly does not shorten any mandatory legal warranty or remedy period.
4. How to request a return
Contact us through the Contact page at https://norakingston.ca/ and write "Return Request – Order [number]" in the subject or first line.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, back to your original payment method.
6. Return shipping
Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.
7. Return destination
Return destinations are provided after approval and may be an international fulfilment centre, including in Asia.
8. Order cancellations
Orders enter processing quickly. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfilment or shipping has begun. If the order cannot be cancelled, you may request a return after delivery under this Policy.
9. Refused and unclaimed deliveries
If you refuse delivery or do not collect a parcel without first receiving our written return instructions, we may deduct the carrier's return charge, customs charges and other direct recovery costs from any voluntary refund, to the extent permitted by law. No refund is issued until the parcel is returned and identified.
10. Canadian consumer rights
Consumer rights differ by province and territory. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a legal warranty, cancellation right, refund right or other remedy that cannot be waived. Québec consumers may also have statutory rights for distance contracts, including in certain cases where required pre-contract information is missing or delivery is late.
