This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through norakingston.ca for delivery in Canada. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law provides a specific right.
1. Processing times
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays and carrier holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. We may need additional time during product launches, sales, holidays, severe weather, high-volume periods, fraud review or when an item is temporarily unavailable. We will contact you if a material delay requires action.
2. Delivery estimates
After dispatch, standard delivery is normally estimated at 8–12 business days. Remote locations, the North, islands and addresses with limited carrier service may take longer. Customs review, weather, labour disruptions, carrier capacity and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can also affect delivery.
3. Shipping charges
Standard shipping to eligible Canadian addresses is free and no minimum purchase is required. If an expedited, premium or special-delivery option is offered, its charge will be shown before you complete checkout.
4. Order and tracking updates
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships, at the email address or phone number you provided.
