Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, and shipping is always free - with no minimum purchase.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8-12 business days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Tracking can take a few business days to begin updating.
Can I return an item?
Yes - you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@norakingston.ca with your order number, and we'll send return instructions and the correct address.
How do I choose my size?
Check the measurements listed on each product page. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we'll be glad to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards and the methods shown at checkout. Every payment is SSL-encrypted for a secure checkout.
Will I pay customs or duties?
Some items ship from international fulfilment partners. In most cases there are no extra charges, but any customs or import fees that may apply are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
